In light of the progressing Coronavirus pandemic we are collectively faced with a tremendous challenge. As a result, many actors in Global Health are now dedicating various aspects of their work to the pandemic and are thereby making an important contribution towards curbing the spread of COVID-19.

As a network of non-state actors working in Global Health, the Global Health Hub Germany aims at aiding the dissemination of information and facilitating the exchange amongst actors with regards to their work, commitment and expertise as it relates to COVID-19. We have therefore put out a call to our members and other interested actors to share the following information with the hub:

  1. How are you or your organisation currently working internationally with regards to the COVID-19 epidemic/pandemic (e.g. through which activities) or how are you currently applying your expertise acquired through your international work to this issue?
  2. What are your first experiences and early lessons learned from your international work on COVID-19?

Under the following link you can find any information submitted so far. This list will be updated on a regular basis. Please note that the information is currently only available in English. Should you have any questions regarding the submitted activities you may contact the respective members directly in the members area of the website. Should you not yet be a member of the Global Health Hub Germany you may register here  for the hub.

In addition, the Global Health Hub Germany is going to offer a series of online discussion formats covering COVID-19 in an effort to promote exchange amongst its Global Health actors and to jointly discuss global solution approaches. You can find further information, as well as the dates for the next webinars of the COVID-19 discussion series, here.
